How do you report a DBA at the end of the year and do you need to pay sales tax through out the year or end of the year.

By "DBA", do you mean you have a one-owner self-employed business?  Or are it is something else?

Sales tax rules vary by state and the amount of sales that you have, but you usually need to pay it throughout the year.  You should contact your state(s) to determine what the rules are for the state(s) that apply.
