data from 2019 to 2020

have a Mac that used High Sierra for 2019 tax Home and Business

have upgraded to Catalina so 2020 turbo tax Home and Business will run

when i started 2020  did not show 2019 as available to transfer data

how do i get it to transfer data?

You need to have the tax data file ending in .tax2019 on your computer.  Do you have it?  Probably in your Documents.
