As hard as it is to connect with a live person, its even harder to connect with someone as positive, helpful and professional as Jacqueita. After 4 days of automated systems disconnecting, my frustration was building. Thankfully, my issue was resolved with one of the most pleasant associates I have dealt with in a long time. With the decrease in the level of competent employees, Turbo Tax should know that their product is well represented with Jacqueitq.

Try IM  (Artificial Intelligence).   ChatGPT  might work, but its data might not include much after Jan 2022.  There are other IM chatboxes that have more recent data.  Search by Googling them.  Most of them accept voice inputs!
