As hard as it is to connect with a live person, its even harder to connect with someone as positive, helpful and professional as Jacqueita. After 4 days of automated systems disconnecting, my frustration was building. Thankfully, my issue was resolved with one of the most pleasant associates I have dealt with in a long time.
