Account holder died

My dad used Turbotax online. He has passed away. The password I used is out of date and I got one of the security questions wrong when trying to reset it. I would like to access his account to print out last years taxes.

Look around ... did he keep a paper copy or a PDF of the return on his computer ?

Customer Service is closed until Tuesday, and they might not permit you access anyway. But please see this:
