Customer purchases download and it is not showing up?

 Business MI Fiduciary 2018 was to be available by now but not showing up.  There are 2 Business MI Fiduciary 2017 downloads however; maybe this was an accident.

If your order shows as a CD and download then sign onto your download account using the exact same User ID that was used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

If the software is not in your download account and/or you have not received the CD then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.
