Credit for EV

We purchased a hybrid vehicle in 2023.  I am trying to determine whether a tax credit applies to my specific vehicle.  I have asked the community this question in the past.  Essentially, all of the answers direct me to a government website that has the rules for credits.  Such information is not helpful.  I need a website that lists my specific year, make, and model so that I can be sure that the credit applies.
