2 months ago I called and gave you my new credit card number. I keep getting emails that my card it no good. I called to verify that you had the new number and was told yes you had it and read it back to me. I am still getting emails that it;s no good but I'm getting the old number instead reference instead. What's up!!!. I can't find a phone # to get this straightened out. so until someone calls me to get the correct info I will no longer be a customer. [phone number removed] J. Sparks

    Update your credit card for your Intuit/TurboTax account -

     

    Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

     

    On the Tax Home web page click on Intuit Account at the bottom left corner of the screen.

    Click on Payment Methods

    Click on the Credit Card and Verify the Credit Card information is correct.  If not, click on Edit card details
