Credit Card Payment Issue

Anyone else have this issue?

Just e filed my Fed & state returns. whe I went to pay the $25 state filing charge, I had to sign into my TT account and it brought my to a screen to enter my Billing address which was prepopulated with aaddress info but not Name. Went to enter Name and it did not like my Last Name (I know how to spell it so it wasn't the issue)

Luckily I had a federal refund coming - but I really wanted to apply it to net years taxes but they also give you the option to deduct the $25 from the refund.

dont get me started on the $40 they charge for a Refund Processing Fee

In the end worked out only because I had a Fed refund - not sure what I would do if I owed

been using TT desktop Deluxe for 15+ years and I have never had so many qurky issues like the above
