When you file for taxes if you have had a settlement of 100k how much %  goes to taxes  (settlement was discrimination and lost wages case) and how do you pay this back if anything?

Do you have a CPA experts? can I get a list of experts just for this expertize?

What part of a settlement is taxable depends on what the settlement is for.  In your case the portion of the settlement that was for lost wages would definitely be taxable just as the wages would have been if they had been paid properly.

I am already a Turbo tax client, I am asking which Turbo tax expert is specialized in court settlements that count as income so I can schedule an app.  the question is do you have a list of CPA experts just specializing in this?  I am aware of the link you provided this doesn't give a list to choose from by this expertise and only pulls 3 per zip code 

can someone send me link to experts in settlements?

could be online doesn't have to be east coast based

TurboTax doesn't provide a list of experts with their specialties.  Primarily because we don't need to.  Any of the experts that you contact through the link I provided above should be able to help you with your settlement.
