COVID-19 Extension automatic?

I'm ready to file, but I will owe in state and federal. Of course I'd like to take advantage of the July 15TH extension? Will I have the option to defer those payments until then? Or should I just file on July 15TH?

You can go ahead and file now if you want to and delay paying taxes owed as long as you pay by July 15.
