Dependent social security number

So I'm claiming my mother as a dependent who is not  a US citizen, and was given a number by the IRS and has a fake social security number to file her taxes, but was unable to work this past year due to a medical condition. Do I just use the fake social or the IRS number when it asks for her social security?
