I don't feel I should be required to pay for my state tax returns when I received zero benefit for doing so. I understand having deluxe for federal purposes, but not for state.

If you file using TurboTax Deluxe and higher, there is a fee for your state tax return.

One: After speaking to a representative and explaining my concern, she put me on hold for about 15 minutes and then the line just abruptly hung up in my ear. I am extremely frustrated right now, because I called back and have been on hold for over 30 minutes.
