Cost for Live Help in Turbotax

In Turbotax, there is an icon in the bottom right corner with a person's image and the words "Live Help".  If the icon is clicked, is the Turbotax version upgraded to live help version at a higher cost?  If yes, how can I get the cost of the upgrade before initiating the process?

Yes, when you select the icon, a screen will appear alerting you to the cost of the upgrade. If you agree to the price, you may select the upgrade button that is at the bottom of the screen.
