Solved: Converting to S Corp from LLC

I am currently an LLC for 2019, but starting Jan 1, 2020 it is converted to an S Corp. Do I file a final 1065 for 2019, or do I file a final 1065 in 2020?

Did you file your Form 2553? If so, what did you select as the effective date?

Regardless, you would file a final 1065 for 2019 and an initial 1120-S for 2020.

We have a rental property LLC with S-corp qualification. We did 1120s with K-1 loss of $10k. Now doing personal taxes, can't get loss to apply to our income or get QBID.
