confirm my tax returns have been sent

I am getting emails from turbo tax saying my taxes were not completed and I should click links to finish and file. It is my understanding that my fed and Virginia State returns were done through turbo tax and e filed. I do not see where they are saved to my computer either. Can you confirm both returns have been filed and accepted?
