my computer won't update IOS to accommodate the 2020 turbo tax.  any suggestions

    Are you trying to use a mobile device?   You cannot use the CD/download on any sort of mobile device--only a full PC or Mac.   Or do you have an older Mac that does not meet the system requirements?

     

    If you cannot use the desktop software you can use online TurboTax.
