I know that many times, the support team does not get the thanks they deserve. I was on the phone with a gentleman from support and was amazed at his knowledge. His name was Doug and he works in your support team. he was great and even taught me things about the computer that I did not know. he really know what he was doing and made me feel very comfortable working with him. He made sure that everything was working right with each step. I am retired division manager and if I had an employee like that, that would have made my job so much easier. thank you for all your help Doug. You are a great asset to your company.
