Hi there,
I'm getting an error that says that my commuting miles + my business miles can not exceed my total miles: It says, specifically "Commuting Miles is too large. Commuting Miles (300) + Business Miles (43,282) cannot exceed total miles (52,000)."
Seems to me that total miles still exceeds commuting + business, but maybe my math is wrong... : )

It may be you entered a decimal by accident when you entered your miles and TurboTax is not computing it correctly. I suggest deleting your commuting miles completely, as they have no impact on the mileage deduction at all. This should alleviate your error and allow you to file.
Nope, that didn't work. I re-entered the numbers too, no decimal points.
It would be helpful to have a TurboTax token. The token provides a sanitized version of your return. We will be able to see the numbers but not any personal information such as your name, SSN, or address.
If you would like to do this, here are the instructions:
In TurboTax Online, go to the black panel on the left side of your program and select Tax Tools.
In TurboTax CD/Download versions, go to the black panel on your screen and select Online.
Reply to this thread with your Token number.
We will then be able to see precisely what you are seeing, and we can determine what exactly is going on in your return and provide you with a resolution.
