I am preparing a tax return for my Granddaughter for the Comm of Mass. On the Federal return there is a place to enter my name and phone number as the "preparer". On the Comm of Mass there is no place to enter that information. I tried the Info Worksheet but did not find a place to enter that information.

You are not a paid tax preparer. When you use TurboTax you are preparing a "Self-Prepared" tax return. Do not put your name on your granddaughter's tax returns.
How can I discuss return with the state if there is a question?
Look at the Form 1040. Just above the section that says "Sign here" there is a section for a Third Party Designee---that is what you want to use if your granddaughter wants to allow you to talk with the taxing authorities for her.
You do not sign the return as if you are a paid tax preparer. When you use TurboTax, even when you prepare a return for a family member or friend, the return is considered to be "self-prepared."
