Coinbase pro integration broken, throws unexpected error

tax info cannot be imported from coinbase pro, throws error, even the service agents are not able to give a tentative timeline.Any idea ?

Unfortunately, Coinbase pro csv format is different than Coinbase format. Coinbase pro csv is not accepted.

If you're not able to upload your Coinbase Pro CSV and you have a lot of transactions, you could do a summary in lieu of individual transactions. This way you don't have to type in all your transactions. Please see How do I enter a large number of stock transactions in TurboTax Online?

Note: Three days after the IRS accepts your federal income tax return, you'll need to send in the detail of your transactions and attach Form 8453. There's no cover letter. Just print and mail.
