I also got the gains and losses, but it's not reconciling with CB Pro activity

You can download a CSV file of your Coinbase Gain/Loss transactions, then upload the CSV into TurboTax, if the Gain/Loss did not import properly.

If you have other transactions that are not reported as Investment Income, you could download your CB activity enter them in the appropriate areas. Click this link for info on How to Report Crypto Transactions.
