my code liscense code that is printed on the package is not recognized by intiut after signing in

What do you mean by "signing in?" If you have the CD/download you do not "log in"----you open the program from your own hard drive. Have you downloaded and updated the CD/download software?

Where are you trying to enter it? You can't use it for the Online version. Are you installing from the CD or want to download the program? Did you go to installTurbotax.com? Where did you buy it? Do you have instructions like this one I got with my Costco CD
