closing a K-1 form

I was a member of a LLC years ago that has since closed. However loses continue to pass through year over year. I'm looking for a way to finalize the K-1 so it's closed out and no longer appears each year. Can you direct me how to do that?

You may be able to delete the K-1 schedule by following  these steps in the online version of TurboTax:

1. Tax tools (on the left menu bar)
2. Tools
3. Delete a form

Find the schedule k-1 in the list and delete the form.

Thank you for your response. Is there a way to do this in the Deluxe version you download from the CD?
