Umm there is a snag in filing please clear cookies and cashe refresh browser and try again I have dont all of this????
How do I report a TT problem and please don't suggest I refresh my browser and clear out my cookies and cache.
I am stuck at "Looks like we hit a snag" error message at the step 1 of filing. I already change the browser and deleted the cache and cookies. What can I do?
