Claiming 42 year old son who lives in a house I own in the same town

My wife (we fill jointly) owns a house in town that has been occupied by my son for a few years. He is not going anywhere. I pay all the expenses for the house, taxes, insurance, electric, fuel, internet and repairs. I even pay his credit card to avoid ridiculous interest rates.

He does not work. Can I claim him as living in our house for the full year?

The IRS test to claim someone, Dependent - Who can I claim? Is the best way to determine if you can claim someone. When I went through it based on what I see, it said you can claim you son. You should go through it to verify.

You can claim the property tax along with yours on Sch A.
