Claimed stimulus check wrong

Hello,

when filing for 2020, I was asked if I received the 2 stimulus checks, total of $1800, I entered I had not received the $600 check but I actually did! (Hadn’t  noticed), I’m not sure how to fix my return to reflect both checks received and fix the total amount of the refund I actually need to receive without the extra $600

can anyone walk me thru how to fix this error?

If your return has already been filed and Accepted, do nothing. The IRS will adjust it themselves.  See:

Yes, I filed in March and when I check the status on IRS website, it’s still being processed so I figured if I tried to “amend” the mistake, it would get refunded faster
