City where work was performed is missing when filing local taxes. What do I do?

The drop down box does not have Cincinnati but it says list all income reported on W2s and I can't continue

Cincinnati has its own tax system. TurboTax does not support Cincinnati returns so there is no option for Cincinnati in the Ohio section.

You can complete and print out your Cincinnati individual income tax return on the city’s finance page.
