How does it work exactly? There was an option for making payments via Debit, but then TurboTax had me print out a voucher to send in using a check as payment (also sending my refund along with it?).
Also on the Refund PDF, there were several vouchers but a few of them were like $2,000+ dollars while a couple were the amount I told TurboTax I wanted to pay.
Never done this before and the whole thing confuses me. I also see a way to apply online at IRS.gov, but if I did it via TurboTax it should be applied already right?
