Why do.they take our money at the end of the year dor.back child sopport. We work hard for that money and yr after yr the same.thing . Don't we.have any rights.

It may be that your return was garnished.

TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund for child support or back taxes. But if you are delinquent in paying child support, one of the ways the child support can be collected from you is to seize your income tax refund. That can be done by the IRS or your state--or both.
