Child support arrears

i owe back child support and knew they would take all of my tax return, but i wasnt asked about child support when i was filing, did i make a mistake somewhere on this?

No, no mistakes. In the federal program there are no questions about child support since it isn't taxable or deductible. If you owe any that may be garnished, thatll be done after your return is filed.
