Checked W-4 for this year and it said I had 5 Federal exemptions. I now owe, was wondering if their is anyway to change this, and apply it to 2017 taxes?

Huh? 2017 is over. It's done. You can't go back and have more withholding taken out on your 2017 paychecks. You can only change your W4 for the future going forward.
