Check your data entry, especially commas and decimals.

Several things can cause you to have to pay, even with relatively low income. Among them are having your income be reported on a 1099-Misc instead of a W-2, owing for lack of health insurance or payback of the Premium Tax Credit, and taking an early distribution from a pension or IRA.
