TurboTax is telling me the following: "Line D link field must be linked to a Qualified Education Expenses Worksheet since the designated beneficiary is someone other than taxpayer, spouse or a dependent." Link to take me to the correct worksheet will not function.

Were you the beneficiary of this QTP? If you were not the beneficiary, then you do not need to report it on your tax return.

The owner of a QTP plan is sent a copy of the 1099-Q, as well as the beneficiary. If the beneficiary received the funds, either directly or indirectly, then the beneficiary is the one who reports it on their tax return.
