I've had the same issue. I called Chase bank and they said they don't deal with Turbo Tax. However, they patched me through to Turbo Tax. I received an automated message and they said they'd send me the information I needed. Not even remotely close to what I needed! So frustrating! Now what???
I called Turbo Tax and they said there's nothing they can do! He told me I had to enter it manually! So frustrating!
Try using Chase Bank (Chase.com) instead of Chase Investments. Worked for me.
