I'm sorry if I'm not posting this in the right place but I don't know where else to reach out. I filed my taxes yesterday afternoon and was giving a total of $120.20 and told to print the receipt - which I did. This morning I noticed $180.10 had been charged to my account and now if I go into my order details it says the cost was $180.10. I don't know how this could happen, but I have the receipt that clearly states $120.20 and nobody has been able to get me to a person who can help me - I've called, I've chatted online, I went to a link that is for requesting refunds, I need some help from an actual person so I can send a copy of the receipt to show that I was not charged what I was told I would be.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

Thank you, but I can't even find a way to contact them, there is no email address and their chat doesn't have a way to send attachments and I called and the person I spoke to was nice and tried to help but she couldn't override Billing. How can I reach billing?
Thank you!!!
