How do we know if we have been charged if our taxes aren't processed? How can a company charge if it isnt completed?

    You will be asked to pay before you submit your return. You can pay upfront before you file, or you can choose to have the fees deducted from your refund. You can see these Turbo Tax FAQs for more information.
