Charged for State Filing

I was billed to transmit my state tax return e-filing.  However, due to a state filing regulation which requires me to mail in my tax return instead.  How can I receive refund for the $25 charge?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”

I had the same issue today, called them, they say no refund even though it was rejected by state.  I will call my credit card company to dispute, hopefully they can help me.
