Charged but never mailed or sent an e-file

I was doing the taxes on turbotax and at the end it asked me to put my card info, but later on turbotax kept saying something was wrong with my file and I couldn't go further so went to another company, but I never e-filed or mailed, but I still got charged $60 fees by turbotax.

Once you pay, you are consenting to pay for the use of the TurboTax software.

There is no charge to e-File Form 1040.

You paid $60 to use TurboTax to prepare your taxes.  There is no additional charge to efile, so there is nothing to refund.  You needed to resolve the issue with your file instead of going to another company  It is highly unlikely that a request for refund will be approved.
