Charge attempts for software

Turbo tax is making payment attempts for software and I haven’t logged in nor started my tax preparation via the online or desktop (I’m a returning user)... where is this coming from? Started a 2017 return, paid for desktop version but never filed?!

Yes my bank emailed that this charge was attempted and if I recognized it. I declined it.

FYI... it was for a subscription: Turbo Tax Advantage which charges you for software upon release each year. I clicked remove product to cancel my subscription.

How are they trying to charge you?  Did you get an email?  What is the status of your 2018 return?  Did you efile late like in October and are having the fees deducted from your refund?  If the IRS takes too long to send the refund Turbo Tax will ask you to pay the fees before you get the refund.
