How do I change my state payment option from installment to pay it now

If you haven't filed your taxes yet, please log back to TurboTax. On the left navigation bar, click File tab. Revisit step 2 to change the way you would like to pay your state taxes. You will first see the selection you made for federal, and then it will take you to state selection.

How do you change it if you've already filed your taxes?

If you have already filed, your best option is too Google your state department of taxation and find their website for payment. Most states offer direct pay options to pay online. Or, call your state office to pay directly.
