Changed my mind on requesting an installment agreement form 9465. How do I get rid of that form?

Remove form 9465 from my return.  No longer want an installment application

Go back to your "FILE" section and go through the entire interview again.

When asked, "How do you want to pay your federal taxes?", you should be able to "Edit" or "Update" your selection there.
