We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?
Are trying to change how you receive your refund, how you pay your TurboTax fees, or how you pay your taxes?
Change payment method for what exactly, TurboTax account fees, federal taxes owed, state taxes owed?
Have you already filed the 2023 tax return?
I would like to change my payment method for my taxes. Is this possible.
You should be able to change your payment method for your taxes.
If you set up a direct debit payment in TurboTax, you can cancel it by calling IRS e-file Payment Services at 1-888-353-4537. Cancellation requests must be made no later than 11:59 p.m. ET two business days prior to the scheduled payment date.
Once your payment is cancelled, you will need to set up your payment directly with the IRS. Please see How can I pay my federal taxes?
For a state payment, you can most likely make it through your state's tax website, see How do I contact my state Department of Revenue?

Pay the TurboTax account fees with a credit or debit card.

If you filed your tax return and have federal taxes owed and were paying with direct debit from your bank account and now want to change the date of payment, you will have to cancel the payment.
Go to this IRS website for how to cancel a federal tax payment - https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-taxes-by-electronic-funds-withdrawal
After the payment has been cancelled use the IRS payment website to pay the taxes owed - https://www.irs.gov/payments
Tax payments made after the due date of the tax return are subject to penalties and interest on the unpaid balance.
How can I change when I pay my turbotax fees or how much?
