Change file method

Trying to change the file method and can not change to the file by mail option. Any ideas?

If you’ve elected to pay the TurboTax fees through your refund, the File by Mail option won’t be available. Change your payment method, return, and follow the steps.

can I resubmit previous tax returns and change my filing status to head of household? I am single, divorced in May 2020, I have one dependent, Pay 100% Of household cost?
