I have the same problem. Additionally, updates have failed with "installation error: 1603" more than once even after downloading the batch fix. I also had to reload TuboTax. It has been a mess. In all my years using Tubo Tax Deluxe Windows I have not experienced such a poorly running program with multiple "work arounds" that the user had to perform.
These problems need to be corrected ASAP and users notified when updates are available.
I am very disappointed with this issue of the program. You are holding up my refund!
