CD has no prompt screen for license code input

I have the same issue, never prompted for the license code, and TurboTax crashes every time when click on Start. I tried to re-install it but it was the same. I can’t find a way to contact Intuit Technical Support. I would appreciate if someone will help me to solve this mistery. I am running Windows 10, I disabled real Anti Virus monitoring before installation, and yes I Run as Administrator. Thanks!

Uninstall the program and try using the download option instead.
