CD Download

When I insert the turbotax CD in my computer there is no response. I had the same problem last year.

Got help on a phone call from one of your agent's. The problem is my computer does not recongize the CD. Please give me a contacr phone number>

The CD is a useless piece of plastic ... quit fighting your computer to use it  and just use the download option instead.
