Caught in a loop

I'm currently entering info in the Home and Business 2021 Windows version. I'm in the Personal Income section. Things were going well until I hit the investment section. Here's where the program seems to be caught in a loop.

Screen 1 - Question - Did you receive a Form 2439 for 2021?  I answer No.  Goes to next screen.

Screen 2 - Question - Any Straddles or Section 1256 Contracts?  I answer No. Goes to next screen.

Screen 3 - Question - Incentive Stock Options. Did you buy any ISO in 2021?  I answer No and hit Continue. Goes to next screen

Screen 4 - Question - Did you sell any investments in 2021?  I answer No. Goes to next screen.

Screen 5 - Question - Did you have any investment losses you couldn't claim in 2020?  I answer No. 

PROGRAM THEN GOES BACK TO Screen 1. and STARTS OVER AGAIN.

Note - I have re-booted my system; I have deleted and re-installed the program and I have cleared out all cookies. Still having the same problem. Any suggestions?
