Casualty Loss not printing form 4684

Why isn't Turbotax printing form 4684?

I had a real estate fire for a total loss in my Lahaina, Hawaii apartment.

It did not print Casualty Loss forms.

Did you check the box for a federally declared disaster and enter the FEMA number? The Hawaii Wildfire code is DR-4724. Check your entries by searching for "casualty loss" and using the jump-to link to go directly to that topic.

If TurboTax didn't tell you that you don't qualify, you might check the forms in your return to see if you have Form 4684 in your return. Follow the instructions below. Also see the link for how to print a form in TurboTax Online.

If you are using the Desktop version of our software (CD/Download):

1. Click on Forms in the upper right of your screen.
2. Find the relevant form on the lefthand side of your screen in the Forms in My Return list.
3. Click on the form to open it in the large window, then click Print at the bottom of the page.

If you are using TurboTax Online:

1. Login to TurboTax and click on Continue your return to get into the prep section.
2. Click on My Account at the top of your screen.
3. Click on Tools. 
4. In the list at the bottom, click on Delete a form. 
5. Search the list for Form 4684.
6. Go back to your return when you're done.
7. Follow these instructions to save your return as a PDF so you can print the form:
