i am a landlord, where in turbo tax can i enter my expense for cash for keys.

You can enter all your Rental Expenses in the Rental section, under Wages & Income. EDIT your rental, and choose 'Add Expense or Asset.'

On the next page, scroll all the way down the page to 'Miscellaneous Expenses' (screenshot).
