Carryover Worksheet

Turbo Tax is asking to total up all withholdings for my 2023 CA return. I didn't get a return last year (2024). I have both W2s from 2023 and 2024. Do I add up the SOC SEC and Medicare? Those are the only things saying withheld on my papers.
